Here we may change each column name. Like change "$/Unit" to "Unit Price".

    We can also add/remove columns. Like to add material Supplier column, etc

*. Settings: we may setup Tax Rate and Waste percentage for now. 

    Waste percentage is actually used at creating basic bid only. So this parameter should be setup in Company level.

    set up Tax Rate, say 8.25, then back to Editable Bid page, you will see the total amount will include the tax rate.

*. Packages and Sections  

    We may create a bid with more choices for home owner to chose. Like depends on different material, we may provide

    High End Package (expensive package), Mid-Range Package and Low-End Package (Cheap one)

    In each package,  we may create multiple sections. Like one section for Main Building, another section for the Garage, etc.

    When the bid was initially created by system, there is one package and one section.

   Create a paragraph to be inserted above the Bid Item List. Like the Scope of Work.

   Here just create a name of the paragraph. Then we can edit it when back to Bid Editable page
